This week was just a normal week. Daddy had to work in Detroit this week, so he left really early Monday morning. Grannie played with me while Mommy was at work each day. I'm finally feeling back to my normal self. Last weekend was rough - I am trying to cut my top two teeth. They're not in yet, but I'm feeling much better. One night, Mommy was making salads for her and Grannie for dinner. I got my hands on a pickled okra, and surprisingly I liked the way it tasted. Of course, I didn't actually eat it, but I did suck some of the juice off it!
Wednesday I went shopping with Grannie at the outlet mall in Gonzales. I don't like shopping all that much, but I really enjoyed riding in my stroller around the mall since it was outside. Thursday evening Mommy and I had dinner with Aunt Leslie. I love seeing Aunt Leslie! I was really playful when we got home, so Mommy got some cute pictures of me playing with my toys.
Grannie discovered a great safe play for me to sit while she does her hair and make up in the bathroom. It's safe, I can't fall over, and my toys fit in there with me! (The kitchen works too, but I want water there.)

Mommy and Grannie made me more food Wednesday night. This time they made chicken and veal for me! I've eaten the chicken and really like it a lot! They also made carrots that night - I don't know why they puree all the food - I really liked eating little pieces of carrots. I think it's a great snack. So Mommy is keeping me a little bowl of cooked carrot slices, and when we go out to eat at a restaurant, she feeds me pieces of carrot instead of just Cherrios or some other snack. She like it because they're good for me, and I like it because they taste yummy!
Daddy got home late last night. I was very happy to see him this morning! Mommy was off work today, so I got to hang out with her. We went to Target to get some things we needed. I got to ride in the cart and eat Cherrios! Shopping is fun when there's Cherrios. And like every time they take me out in public, lots of people stopped to talk to me - everyone loves red-headed blue-eyed babies!
Tonight we had dinner with Gram and Mr. Bob at the Bass Pro Shop. I got to see Santa there again - he really gets around town! I don't have that picture - Gram has it. But I did get to sit by the giant aquarium and see the fish. I really liked watching the big bule-colored catfish - Every time it swam by, I got really excited.
