Trick-or-Treat

happy halloween!

Today is Halloween!  That means trick-or-treating day!  As soon as Mommy and Daddy got home, they got us all ready in our costumes and we headed outside.  Gram, Poppa, and Grandpa all came over to see our costumes.  First we had to pose with the hay, of course.  It took a few pictures, but we got one Mommy approved of!

Then we got into the stroller and headed out!

Trick or treating was lots of fun!  All of our neighbors gave us great treats.  And they LOVED our costumes, especially my UPS Man costume!  I think it's because I was carrying a "package" to put my candy in!

I couldn't wait to get to Grangie's house!  I knew she'd be outside waiting for me.  I was so excited to trick or treat with her, even though she and Paw-Paw gave us some great Halloween treats yesterday!

After we got home, we started going through our treats and found these great different teeth and mouths!

St. Andrew's Preschool Halloween Party

Today was my Halloween Party for my class.  Grangie and Madeline came, too!  They brought all the treats Mommy and I made this weekend -- cupcakes and cookie suckers!  We got to eat treats, do a craft, and an activity!  All my friends were in their costumes, too!

Our craft was making a pumpkin t-shirt!  We got to put our handprints on them in my favorite color -- GREEN -- for the leaves!  They had our names on them all, too!

Then we all got to listen to stories.  Even Madeline joined us!

BOO at the ZOO

Last weekend, Grangie and Paw-Paw took Madeline and me to Boo at the Zoo!  We got all dressed up in our costumes, including my "package" (Yes, I'm the UPS Man!).  They took us in the wagon.  We walked all around the zoo looking at the animals and trick-or-treating at a bunch of different stops!

Am I not the cutest UPS Man you've ever seen?

I insisted on taking a picture with the Sonic Ice Cream Cone!

And all I wanted was to eat my sucker!

After we'd hit all the stations, Paw-Paw told me he had tickets for us to ride the train!!  Boy, was I super excited!!

Grangie tried really hard to get a picture of us both, but of all the pictures, we were never both looking at the camera at the same time!

The train ride was the best!  I just love my Paw-Paw so much! (And Grangie too!)

And I love my Grangie!!  (And my Paw-Paw too!)

I sure do think I'm such a BIG GIRL!!

All good things must end.... so back to the car it was!

As we were getting in the car, I told Grangie and Paw-Paw I wasn't tired and asked if I could please skip my nap.  Grangie told me sure!  Then two minutes later this was what filled their backseat!

PNP Halloween Party

Last Friday was our Play-n-Pray Halloween party.  We had a great time seeing all our friends - moms and babies - and their cool costumes.  Unfortunately the lighting in the room was really bad, so most of Mommy's pictures didn't come out very well.  :(

I enjoyed playing with my friends and all the toys!

And we did manage to get a few version of a group picture - this one being the best.

And Mrs. Lindsey grabbed one of me and Mommy - rare because she's usually behind the camera!

Just a few pictures

Last Friday was our Halloween Party at Play-n-Pray.  Bubbie had school, but I got to wear my costume to go!  Mommy wanted a good picture of me in it (probably because she sewed it!), so she propped my up on the hay before leaving that morning.  Aren't I the sweetest little Candy Corn ever?!!?!?!?

Of course I had to get in on the picture action, too.  That day, in celebration of our study of the letter "F", the firetruck was coming to our school, so I chose my firetruck shirt to wear!

Shh.... Grangie's got some secrets for me!

St. Andrews Preschool Pumpkin Patch Trip

Two weeks ago, my class at St. Andrew's took a field trip to the pumpkin patch.  It was different from the one I went to with Grangie and Paw-Paw.  I was so excited to go with my class!  They asked for parents-volunteers to drive us there.  Mommy had to work and wasn't sure if she'd be able to come, so Grangie volunteered.  She and Madeline met me at school.  When we got to the pumpkin patch, Mommy met us there, too!

First they told us some stories and we got cookies and juice treats.  Madeline got some too!

Then we were off to explore the pumpkins!  Since the pumpkin we carved had gone bad, I had the okay from Mommy to pick a new big pumpkin.  So I was on a mission to find the biggest pumpkin there!

This is it! It's almost as tall as me.  Well, it is as tall as Madeline!

I just loved this pumpkin so much I was hugging it!

Everyone in my class got to dig in a pile of hay to find a little pumpkin for each of us!

Madeline had fun just crawling around all the pumpkins!

I even picked out a few for Grangie's and Paw-Paw's house, too!

Madeline is so silly!
I really loved this pumpkin!

There was also a teepee there for us to play in!

Here's my whole class!!

And just me and Mrs. Erin, my teacher!
