Mommy had a check-up on Friday. Her doctor says my baby sibling looks perfect! They did another ultrasound to check fetal growth. Considering my size, they're watching this baby and Mommy pretty closely. They said the baby is growing great, and is even "measuring a little big" for how far along it is. We're not surprised by that at all! Right now, (s)he is about three inches long. Here are some pictures where you can see his/her eyes, mouth, jaw, arm, head, body, and legs. His/Her heartbeat was nice and strong at 147 BPM. Mommy's been feeling better, too.
Mommy and Daddy have mentioned a lot about the baby to me, but have never specifically said anything about the baby being in "Mommy's tummy." Last Saturday, much to their surpise, I walked up to Mommy, put my hands on her stomach, and said "Baby!" Then the next morning in church, I was sitting in Mommy's lap during the homily when I decided to pull up her shirt and say "Hi Baby!" (Lucking Mommy's hands caught her shirt before I could pull it up!)
