Riding My Bike for a Cure

My preschool's Lenten service project is to participate in a Trike-a-Thon to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  See, there are lots of kids there, just like me.  Except one difference... they're really sick.  I'm not talking about ear infections or scraped knees.  These kids are very sick and have to stay at the hospital for a long time.  But the great doctors and researchers at this hospital take very good care of them!  And they're working every day to battle cancer and other horrible diseases so no more kids have to go through this.  And one day they will find the cure!  Who knows, maybe when I grow up I might be a doctor to help these kids.  They've been at this for 50 years, and every day they get closer to a cure!

So on Thursday, I'm bringing my bike with me to school.  All my friends will have their bikes, too.  And we're going to ride them around our parking lot.  We are asking all of our friends and families to sponsor us in our rides.  If you care to make a (tax-deductible) donation to St. Jude and sponsor my efforts, you may either give me cash or a check, or make a secure online donation on my Trike-a-Thon Fundraising Page.

Thanks to everyone who can support me and my classmates in helping these kids treated at St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital!

And special thanks to those who've already sponsored me:
