Mrs. Erin sent us home with a plain white cut-out egg. We were charged with decorating it for our class' Easter basket. We could use anything we wanted! I wanted to raid Grannie's fabric closet. And that's just what we did! So after Madeline went to sleep that night, Mommy and I sat down to decorated my egg. Armed with fabrics, buttons, ric-rak, a glue gun, and a bottle of ModPodge, we went after it!
First we covered it with different fabrics.....
Then I wrote my name on the back...
Then a couple strips of ric-rak.....
And lots of colorful buttons!
